Design & drawings
Submit drawings and animation visuals for approval at least 8 weeks before the promotion start date to info@hondurasdutyfree.com.

Step 2
Briefing
Event space promotions with mandatory promoters need a briefing run by the supplier. Email briefing materials and brochures 2 weeks before the promotion.
8weeks notice
Cancellation
Cancellation notice
Email any cancellation at least 8 weeks before the activation start date.
